As Director of Operations, Jane Freitas brings a successful and diverse 15-year background in management, client management and project management, including positions held in the hospitality and hospitality technology industries, as well as benefits administration and direct marketing.  Among Jane's duties, she is responsible for the overall management of projects, and works closely with each client from initial requirements gathering, through to a successful launch.  She also assists with ongoing updates to and maintenance of our clients' web sites.
